  Agora que  a escritura foi feita e as chaves entregues á compradora, desejamos agradecer a toda a equipa pelo trabalho e profissionalismo na apresentação da nossa casa, no Centro historico de Lagos, aos possiveis compradores.

  Calhou a Anja de apresentar a nossa casa a uma senhora (de mesma lingua !), que se apaixonou pela "Casa Cor de Rosa"!!! E correu tudo bem.

  Queremos agradecer em particular a Elisabete pelo seu profissionalismo, pela sua dedicação sempre com sorriso e "genica"!!!

  Passando a fase seguinte esperamos que nos ajudem a vender o que foi o nosso paraiso durante muitos anos e encontrar novo paradeiro para o futuro...

  We were searching for an apartment in Lagos for a while when we met Isabel from Marcela. Isabel is local and has an unparalleled knowledge of the Lagos property market. We found Isabel, throughout all of our dealings, to be easily approachable, most helpful  and above all totally honest. We are also aware that the vendors absolutely hold Isabel in the highest regard.  

  Isabel was not only an Estate Agent to us. She made suggestions and introductions in relation to financial and legal matters - which proved to be invaluable (as did her local knowledge, especially about good restaurants!!) 

  We cannot thank Isabel enough and having completed our transaction last week - we are absolutely thrilled with our new home and the seamless process that was facilitated fully by Isabel.

  We traveled to Lagos in February with the aim of buying a property there. We planned our trip in advance and contacted several property companies in Lagos. From the beginning we had a very positive impression of Mrs. Scheck, which then confirmed when we arrived and met her. The long professional experience of Mrs. Scheck, her professionalism, her empathy and her very sympathetic manner, has allowed us to buy exactly the property we have imagined. Mrs. Scheck was always on our side, even late in the evening, after working hours still answered our e-mails. We are very grateful to Mrs Scheck because without her great dedication we might not have been able to acquire this property.   We rented a property for two months organised by Monica Rio.  She has always been courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

  She met us when we arrived at 8pm. This should us a high level of professionalism is expected by your company 

  However on Sunday 10th she exceeded all expectations. Our power failed totally at 7pm   We contacted Monica who came straight away. Unfortunately neither she nor her husband were able to fix the problem.  Monica called the electrician and told us to go for dinner. The electrician might take up to four hours. She said she would call us when he arrived.  

  She called us to let us know that everything was working and that we did not need to return until we were ready .

  This level of service is outstanding and we felt strongly that the company should know what staff do to make clients happy.

  " I can honestly say that my dealings with Marcela Properties have been first class !

  Anja, the ultimate professional, patiently persevered taking a clearly indecisive couple from property to property, until the right one came along! Together with a good solicitor, the deal was agreed, arrangements made, all signed and sealed extremely quickly and smoothly. I must mention the contribution of Isobel of Marcela. She also helped in the latter stages of the deal, but she came to the house, on a bank holiday, the day after we moved in, to help us sort out a problem - fantastic service!

  Overall I would not hesitate to use Marcela again - but we have no intentions of moving from this great house Anja found for us - just yet !!!!! "

  Professionalism - Anja Scheck from our first meeting must have thought we were the timewasters from hell (England!) - several other estate agents in Lagos certainly felt so !!!!! - but retiring to another country, and sinking your "hard earned" into a property is SO daunting - it's very late in life to make a mistake - so sorry to anyone who "wasted time" with us. But Anja gave us time, her thoughts, her experience! And FINALLY she took us to THE place!

   

  From then on everything went like clockwork (many thanks to Jac &Monica our solicitors). Unbelievably, Anja's determination to make the deal work was matched by her colleague Isabel Marques - who turned up at the house on a bank holiday, the day after getting the keys, to sort out a problem with the garage door!
