Property Buyer

When making a request for information/visit of the property, by phone or in person at our offices, we request the following personal information:

-E-mail Address

-Preferences about the type of property you are looking for, such as price, location, type, etc.

This information is crucial in order to give a more complete answer to the information you want to know about a particular property/subject.

You can choose not to provide some of this information. However, being parts of them, required, you may not be able to log your request.

We use information such as price, TYPE, status and location, so that we can better serve your needs.

Property Owner

When you want to put your property for sale with our company, you will have to enter into a real estate contract with Marcela properties. For this contract, we collect various personal information from the owners of the property, as well as the data of all  identifying and legal documents , essential and mandatory for the celebration of the Real Estate Contract . Holiday Rentals clients.

When making a request for information/reservation on the website, by phone or in person at our offices, we request the following personal information:

-Full Name

-Phone number

-E-mail Address

-Dates you want to book the property and the number of people who will occupy the property.

In case of booking we require signature and acceptance of the booking form which includes the collection of the following mandatory data:

-Copies of the Passports/Official identity documents. (We are required by law to collect this information in order to make communication to the SEF – foreigners and Frontiers Service).

-Address

-E-mail Address

2. How we use the information we collect?

We use the personal information in the following ways:

1. To provide you with information about product upgrades, new products, services, newsletters and emails.

2. To provide you with special offers that may be of your interest;

-The company responsible for the maintenance of our Back Office system and WebSite. Due to the nature of the company ensures the supply of the system, theymust have access to the data it holds. However, although they can have access to the data, they don't have authorization for handling or any interpretation and reading of the same data that they only have access for technical purposes, having the same instructions and specific training in this regard.

We may modify or update this privacy & policy, either due to changes in legislation or covering new developments in the Internet.
