  I have sold my apartment but you may not be aware of the energy and enthusiasm with which your staff in the marina office approached the task of getting a deal and nursing it through to a successful conclusion.

  In the latter part of last year I decided that the time had come to sell the apartment so I discussed the situation with Isabel and Paula.  I was given very sensible advice regarding price and the optimum time to commence advertising. 

  I went to England late in December with the intention of returning to Lagos a month later.  Unfortunately, anti-Covid precautions made that impossible and eventually I got back in July.

  My apartment had not been left in an untidy state but it was not quite as it should be to impress a prospective purchaser.  In close cooperation with friends of mine who live near the marina your staff rectified that and then set about finding a buyer.

  I was particularly impressed with the way that every viewing and it's outcome was reported to me.  In a relatively short space of time a buyer was found and the sale completed.

  The fact that I was in the UK while all this was taking place meant that I had to rely heavily on Isobel and Paula when, for example, I had a query from my solicitor.  Every query was dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

  Throughout the entire process both ladies remained good humoured an helpful - they could not have been better.

  Not surprisingly, I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending prospective vendors to seek the services of your business.
